As a Stampin' Up Demonstrator, I absolutely love creating cards. I guess I take after my mom who was very crafty with her hands as well. Wish she was still here so I could teach her how to make these cards. People say they are not crafty but this is so simple to do that actually anyone can make a card with my direction. So, if you are so inclined take a look at the card class schedule and sign up for one of my classes. You might surprise yourself and love it as much as I do.
So, how many techniques would you say I used on this card? If you guessed six you are correct. What are they? I layered, masked, sponged, stamped, embossed and punched. Many people do not think about using blue for a holiday card but I think it is a natural as you can see above.
I masked the moon first and sponged with a denim blue on a large sheet of cardstock then stamped the image and punched out the size circle I wanted. I embossed the Whisper White and layered the circle on it and adhereing all to Night of Navy which is adhered to Whisper White Card. Once again I used the Teeny Tiny Wishes, the large word punch and the modern label punch. I was quite pleased with this card. I have made such a wonderful variety of cards that I may not repeat a design for anyone!
As always if you would like instructions, please email me and I will send them off to you. Also, if you have any questions please do feel free to ask or make comments on my blog. Most anxious to hear from you.
Thanks for stopping by and happy stamping,
